Human Resource Services is responsible for providing support and services to over 320 employees who work to provide a Catholic education for our students and communities. As a Catholic organization, Human Resources Services aims to achieve a working environment that respects the dignity and worth of every person while maintaining fair and just compensation for employees. Equally important, Human Resources Services continually strives to ensure that public resources are used in a prudent and responsible manner.

Human Resource Services responsibilities include:

  • Labour relations with our three unionized employee groups: OECTA (teachers), CUPE (support staff), and OECTA- OTL (occasional teachers)
