Guidelines for Distributing Materials

Welcome to the Northeastern Catholic District School Board (NCDSB), where we are dedicated to providing an equitable, inclusive, and faith-based Catholic education that nurtures the academic, social, emotional, and spiritual growth of every student.

To ensure that all shared information aligns with our Catholic values and serves the best interests of our students and staff, materials intended for distribution or posting across the district must be submitted for approval through the Director of Education.

Important Notes

• It is the responsibility of the requester to provide all copies to be distributed.
• A copy of the email approval must accompany each package to be distributed.
• You may attach an electronic version of your document for distribution as well.
• Please be advised that the information with respect to our schools’ information will be made available following approval to distribute.
