Director’s Annual Performance Appraisal

To ensure strong leadership, accountability, and a focus on student achievement, the Ontario Ministry of Education requires all school boards to conduct an annual performance appraisal of the Director of Education. This process, mandated by Ontario Regulation 83/24, involves the Board of Trustees evaluating the Director’s performance against a set of provincial and board-specific priorities.

As part of our commitment to transparency, we are required to publicly confirm that this appraisal has been completed. The Director’s annual performance plan and the outcome of this review are essential for guiding our board’s strategic direction and ensuring we remain focused on the goals that matter most to our students and community.
