School Bus Transportation

School bus transportation of students of the Northeastern Catholic District School Board is managed by North East Tri-Board Student Transportation. This Tri-Board initiative to bring school bus service to the school districts of Cochrane and Timiskaming is a partnership formed by the following school boards:

• District School Board Ontario North East
• Conseil scolaire public du Nord-Est de l’Ontario

At the North East Tri-Board Student Transportation, we are committed to providing a safe and efficient transportation system to the school districts of Cochrane and Timiskaming. Tri-Board Student Transportation is continually monitoring and reviewing our transportation system for safety, route efficiencies and adherence to Board policies.

Is my Child Eligible for School Bus Transportation?

To determine if your child is eligible to ride a bus to an NCDSB school, visit the BusPlanner website and enter your residential address information. You will then select Northeastern Catholic District School Board as your District, and your child’s grade level. If your child participates in a specialized program, you can also add that selection.

Submitting this information will then provide a list of schools that your child can attend, and will indicate whether or not bussing is provided to that school based on your location.
